About
Myths & Malice began in 2008, when true crime podcasting barely existed. Shane Waters — a college freshman in Indianapolis — started recording to inform students about unreported campus crimes, becoming one of the earliest voices in crime podcasting. He believed victims' stories deserved rigor, respect, and real investigative depth.
What started as one show became a network. Today, Myths & Malice is home to six active shows covering true crime, dark history, the paranormal, and forgotten stories from across America and the world.
